Hostel

Limited Hostel accommodation is available for boys and girls separately. Admissions are made on fair experienced warden is present to provide their necessary individual attention and to look after discipline of an student.

Boys Hostel:-

Separate hostel for boys and girls is available, adjacent to the college and security is provided. Student should follow the rules and regulations of the hostel. Veg food is served in the hostel, payment of the hostel directly through our bank. The hostel caution deposit shall be refunded only after completion of the course by submitting no due No interim requests for the refund/adjustment will be entertained. The same shall be treated as forfeited in admission/vacating the hostel room, prior to completion of the course.

Allotment of hostel seats will be for the full academic year. In case they want to leave the hostel in the they shall pay the hostel charges for the full academic year in lump sum. All students shall leave the hostel on the closing day of the hostel itself. Students while going out shall enter in the register, time of leaving, purpose and proposed time of return also enter the time of return in the same register. Students are allowed to go out for shopping once a month and should be back in the hostel before hostel time, No visitors or parents are allowed to enter the hostel rooms. In mates shall not entertain any beggars. Vend inside the hostel premises. Parents shall give a letter of authorization along with an attested photo of the local guardians for allowed whenever deemed necessary. Inmates will not be allowed to go outside along with any other person.

Men's Hostel General Rules:

Strict silence should be maintained in the hostel. Hostel rooms and toilets must be kept clean and tidy unnecessary usage of electricity, water etc is strictly prohibited and anyone misusing the facility is liable.

Students should report themselves to the warden before 8-00 pm. The main gate will be closed and lock no student shall be allowed to enter the hostel after 9-00 pm. All out side work including phone calls should before 9-00 pm.

No visitors are permitted to enter the hostel rooms.

Smoking, Chewing tobacco, Consuming alcoholic drinks, sedatives etc are strictly prohibited. Any indulging in such activities is liable to be dismissed forth with from the college.

Any activities by the students, if found to be prejudicial to the smooth and peaceful functioning will be very seriously viewed and strict action will be taken against those found guilty.

All students should pay their hostel fees in advance before 10th of every month. Late payment beyond date will invite fines. No excuse will be entertained under any circumstances.

Mess timings should be strictly followed. Taking food materials to the room is strictly prohibited and throwing waste materials in the toilets, wash basins or in drainage is strictly prohibited and punishable.

All waste materials should be put into the appropriate bins only.

Parents written permission is required and should be produced for going out to prayer hall/relatives/residence etc.

MESS TIMINGS:

Break fast 7-00 am to 8-00 am

Lunch 1-00 pm to 2-00 pm

Evening tea 5-30 pm to 6-00 pm

Dinner 7-00 pm to 8-00 pm

Mess timings should be strictly followed. Taking food materials to the room is strictly prohibited and punished.

Hostel Fee:

Rs.1000/- per month (including boarding and Lodging) Rs.3000/- Deposit (Refundable)

Note: Hostel facility for boys is not compulsory. It is optional.

Hostel Deposit and first month fees should be paid at the time of admission.

GIRLS HOSTEL:

Strict silence should be maintained in the hostel. Hostel rooms and toilets must be kept clean and tidy. Unnecessary usage of electricity, water etc is strictly prohibited and anyone misusing the facility is liable.

Students should report themselves to the warden immediately after the class of any illness.

No visitors are permitted to enter the hostel.

Parent/Guardians can meet their ward on 1st and 4th Sundays between 2-00 pm and 5-00 pm by producing the visitors I.D. cards.

Outing is permitted only once in a month on third Sunday of every month. Students should do all purchase Bank working on this day. Students who wish to go out should take prior permission from the Principal/Warden and should clearly state the purpose for going out of college.

Any activities by the students, if found to be prejudicial to the smooth and peaceful functioning of the College/Hostel will be very seriously viewed and strict action will be taken against those found guilty.

Only civilized code of dressing is permitted in the college as well as in the hostel.
